We offer Website Design, SEO, Digital Marketing, Video Editing, and Mobile App Development services.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order may be eligible for a full refund if no work has begun.

• If the project is already in progress, a pro-rated cancellation fee will apply based on the work completed.

• Cancellations are not accepted once the final project has been delivered.

Refund Policy:

• Full refunds are possible only if no work has started.

• Partial refunds may be considered if you’re not satisfied and submit a valid request within 7 days of delivery.

• No refunds will be issued for delays caused by missing client inputs or communication gaps.

2. Digital Products (Shop Page)

This includes landing pages, WordPress themes and plugins, mobile app source codes, and other downloadable items.

Refund Policy:

• All digital product sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of downloadable content.

• Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The product is not as described.

  • The file is corrupted or incomplete, and we are unable to fix the issue.

• No refunds for compatibility issues—please review product requirements before purchase.

Product Support:

• All digital products come with limited support, as specified on the product detail page.

• Issues reported will be addressed within 3–5 business days.

3. Subscription Services (If Applicable)

For recurring services such as monthly SEO or marketing packages:

• Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

• No refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle once the service has started.
